Charlotte in State of Emergency

Charlotte, North Carolina has been put into a state of emergency after violent protests have broken out following the shooting of Keith Lamont Scott. The Charlotte police are refusing to release the video of Scott being shot to the public, which raises questions from multiple people. The protests started out peaceful, but quickly went violent, with people breaking windows and destroying buildings around the streets. The police even had to use tear gas. Keith Scotts daughter claims he was siting in his car reading a book, and wasn't armed.
